First I must say what an absolute delight it was to read all your Holiday food traditions.  I was struck by both the incredible diversity and how many of us love the same things.  I really want to ask some of you for your recipes!  I love how important traditions are.  Sometimes it just isn’t the Holidays without that certain special food.
