Container Store Giveaway courtesy of Q-tips

Oh how I love this giveaway!

Especially this time of year when Spring Cleaning is just around the corner.

My friends at Q-tips are giving away three (3) $50 Gift Certificates to one of my favorite stores, The Container Store.

I could have a lot of fun spending $50 at the Container Store…  I could really use these jars and two of the wire basket above.

I would love some little jars like these for my spices, especially the herbs dried from my garden. They are just like mini mason jars!

How sweet are these little clothes pins that caught my eye the last time I was browsing through the Container Store.

Here’s how to enter:

  • Hmm.. I’d probably start with the hardest room to spring clean- the kitchen!

  • Sherrie Simpson:

I’d start Spring cleaning with my laundry room; get it cleaned up and organized.

  • Melanie Hormes:

Hmmm, I think I’d start in my bedroom. I’m selfish that way…

  • pam:

Those clothes pins are the cutest things I have seen! I have a lot of the vintage plastic clothes pins and these would fit right in.
    pam

  • I have already been working on my spring cleaning. My first area was my crafting area, of course. I love the Container Store and only wish I had one a little closer. Then again, the bank account might appreciate that I have to drive a way to get there. :o)

  • The KITCHEN! I would have to start in the kitchen, starting from the vent hood to the counters (i know there are crumbs behind that cookie jar) then to the cabinet doors (they are a dusty mess) then onto the floors (they could use a lick and a promise – ewww bad visual) – Ha.

  • Laura Lane:

I’d start with the living room.

  • Patricia:

I would start spring cleaning in the guest bedroom, since Spring is the time we get the most visitors and all the rest of the year it’s my craft storage room. :)

  • Emily S.:

My kitchen definitely needs it. The pantry especially needs some organizational help!

  • Becky Greene:

The den – it is where we spend all our time and it fills up with clutter first. Thanks for thegreat giveaway!!

  • Courtney:

The kitchen! It’s always relatively clean, but it needs a true pull-everything-out-of-the-cupboards overhaul.

  • Debbie B:

I would have to begin by cleaning the kitchen. I really need to declutter as well as clean. Thanks for the giveaway. Love your blog!

  • kayceebeebee:

I would start with the living room. The miniblinds are in need of attention. Then the blinds in the bedrooms!

  • kitchen — the fridge needs a good scrubbing!

  • Claudia:

I was going to say the extra bedroom that I use as a storage room all winter, until I saw a mouse in the downstairs bathroom this morning. Guess what I am doing after work today???? thanks for the give away!

  • Erin P.:

I would start with the bathroom – of all the rooms in my apartment, it is bothering me the most. I clean it every week anyway, but it seems that the normal clean isn’t cutting it.

  • My basement. We just moved to our “forever home”, God willing, and our basement is still full of boxes. Who knew a family could accumulate so much stuff. We plan to have the basement organized and be using it as a family room by summer.

  • spring ron:

My kids bedroom and play area, definitely. The kids accumulate so much over a year and we love to go through and donate to other kids.

  • Ashley:

    Most definately the kitchen!

  • Shaun:

I would start my spring cleaning in the kitchen. Clean every cupboard from top to bottom, paint and then organize it all before I put it back! It needs it!

  • Jess B.:

I’d start in my bedroom…it’s out of control right now! :-P

  • kellylynn:

I normally start in the kitchen or bedrooms. I really need to start in the library, since by the time I get to that room I am so done with the cleaning. But like usual I will start in the bedrooms, we spend so much time in there.

  • Michelle R.:

The kitchen! It needs some organizational help!!!

  • Christie:

I start with all my closets and drawers first!

  • Eliza:

The living room would be a good starting place.

  • Rachel:

Definitely the office. It’s hard to see the desk with all of the papers piled on top of it!

  • I really need to work on my basement, it’s a mess!

  • The first room I would start in would be my 5 month old daughter’s- got to keep her healthy!

  • Erin:

I would start in my office/sewing room! I’ve got so many projects going on in there that I can’t get organized! Time to clean up and simplify!

  • I’d start in the kitchen. So many doo-dads and not enough organization!

  • Keilah:

I would start with my bedroom. Everything gets shoved in there and not into the correct spot.

  • NancyAP:

I’d get something to help out in the nursery! Thanks–what a great giveaway!

  • Mindy:

pantry, closets, bedrooms, spare bedroom, bathrooms, floors…Is there anyplace that *doesn’t* need some special attention? :sigh:

  • I would start out with the bedroom and then move to the kitchen. I am on vacation now and the first thing I need to do when I get home is spring cleaning.

  • the Kitchen! I think I spend the most time in there so I would love to get it in tip top shape.

  • Closets would definitely have to be first. Out with the winter clothes, room for spring!

  • Claudia:

    The garage…oh my!

  • Kristen Faux:

I need to start with my closet! TOO FULL!!!

  • Tamara:

I’d start with the office/craft room. It’s the only room that overrun with clutter (the other rooms have better hidden clutter).

  • If I started spring cleaning now, it would have to be the lower level, basement room. It is a multipurpose area with a guest room, sewing area, and husband office that needs a MASSIVE cleaning as we all tend to stay in the upper level of the house and neglect this area. Next would be the garage!

  • Oh, I need to start spring cleaning now…and I would definitely start with my closet…I seem to do more cleaning in the parts of the house that everyone sees on a regular basis…and my closet has been neglected for years! Second would be the kitchen, though!

  • Chelsea:

I would start with the craft room!

  • dana J:

Our bedroom! It is need of an overhaul!

  • Justin:

Definitely the living room – have a nice big mushy spot of liquid detergent in the middle of my carpet that needs to go. Wish me luck!

  • Meg Steph:

Definitely my kitchen – particularly the pantry with v. deep shelves! Who knows what is back there??

  • I would start with the kitchen, since that’s where our family spends the most time!

  • Deb Frentress:

I definitely need to start in my craft room. I’m tired of looking in box after box trying to find what I want.

  • Emily W.:

I would start in my oldest boy’s room. What a mess!

  • Becky M.:

The kitchen needs spring cleaning the most here.

  • Terri Gossage:

I would start with the living room.

  • Margie:

I started “Spring Cleaning” last weekend and I started in the living room.

  • Ione:

Kitchen, all the nooks and crannies from holiday cooking.

  • Lori:

I think I would start with my bedroom. It always gets put at the bottom of my list and it seems like by the time I get around to it, I’m tired of cleaning and it doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

  • Meg:

I’d definitely start in my pantry and it will probably take as long to clean that as it will to clean the entire house!

  • nancy nichols:

The kitchen for sure. It gets the most use.

  • Jaclyn:

    My bedroom without a doubt.

  • Dane:

My gardening room, so I can be ready & organized to plant beautiful Spring flowers in my yard!

  • Like most of the others I would start with the kitchen!

  • rolene:

Kitchen, basement, bedroom..it all needs some spring cleaning!!! I would start with my closet. Being recently retired, I realize I need to get rid of the clothes I don’t need. Thank goodness!!!

  • Heather:

Hmmm….probably my kitchen. I really need to scrub and organize in there!! Then I would start on the closets, then bathrooms….oh, makes me want to get started right now! BTW…those Q-Tips are wonderful for getting in the crevices and gaps of baseboard!

  • Leanna Morris:

    Wow…what a challenge…probably would start with the kitchen…

  • Deb:

I would start in our room over the garage. Actually, it’s the catch-all room with a ping pong table in it, and you can’t even see the top of the table there’s so much stuff! We used this room/table for homeschooling for many, many years, so it’s no longer a schoolroom. It contains our 5 computers, sewing machine, soap business racks, bakery business equipment….just a hodgepodge of mess!

  • Audrey:

I’ll be starting with my living room, it gets the most cluttered. Then on to the dining room…

  • I should definitely start with my bedroom. I spend so little time in there that it’s easy to not notice the mess piling up!

  • I would start in whatever room I had five minutes in. Yesterday I cleaned out the medicine drawer while my kids were in the bathtub. Then the linen closet – easy to organize and looks so pretty when done.

  • Janelle:

I actually need to do this as I am moving next month. I will probably start with the laundry room / library (isn’t that a combination?!) downstairs and work my way up!

  • Lisa C.:

    The messiest room- the kitchen!!

  • maureen:

I would start with the upstairs so the main bedroom and the guest room.

  • danielle:

I’d start in my Kitchen, which in my tiny apartment is also my living room and utility room, so ends up catching a lot of clutter!

  • judith:

I would start in my bedroom with the closet being the first thing!

  • Rebecca:

I would start in my kitchen. It’s funny…I was just thinking his morning that I needed to take everything out of the cabinets and clean the shelves.

  • Shelly:

I’d probably start in the kitchen!

  • Megan A:

I would definitely start in my craft/sewing room. We just moved 2 months ago and all my stuff is still packed up! I’d love to get craftin’. :)

  • GREAT giveaway… The q-tips facebook page link isn’t working for your info… Thanks!

  • Sharleen:

I’d start in the deepest, darkest closet!

  • heidi s.:

It would most certainly be the master bedroom’s walk in closet…it needs some major help!

  • Mami2jcn:

I’d have to start in the family room, otherwise known as the toy room.

  • LeeH:

I would start in the pantry because it’s hidden and gets WAY out of order before I pull it back.

  • Bobbye:

My combined l.r., dining and open kitchen – did a tornado come through here? ; )

  • my bedroom/office would be the first stop, clean out the clothes, the college papers that i saved for my real world job (which now doesn’t match what i did then), etc, etc.. so much to clean, so little time!

  • My pantry hasn’t had a good spring cleaning in… well, maybe I shouldn’t say how long. But the reason is because I need some organizational containers! These would be perfect!!!

  • I would definitely begin in my bedroom—-that way I would see the progress when I lay down to sleep and when I wake up in the morning. Inspiration to begin the next step is what I see it as.

  • carole:

I would hit the bathrooms and air them out and clean out under the cabinets!

  • The Master Bedroom & Closet! I also need to clear out the clutter and rearrange stuff in the kitchen island cabinets.

Thank you for a chance to win!!!!

  • Gail C:

Probably would be my bedroom. It tends to collect lots of clutter!

  • Katie:

The dining room/kitchen area. It needs it.

  • Start in the kitchen, so much stuff gets pushed back in the lower cabinets where I can’t see.

  • Definitely the pile o’ stuff next to my computer and next to the phone – not many piles of stuff around our place, but those two never seem to go away!

  • Annie:

    Definitely the closet. Yikes!

  • Dayna:

The rest of the house is okay, but my garage needs some serious help. If we could just get a little spring weather here, I might be willing to tackle it!

  • I’d start with my bedroom closet.

  • Rocio:

I would definitely start with my bedroom. My 3 and 4 yr. old ALWAYS gravitate to my room to either watch movies, play or just lay in my bed. Toys are always under the bed, between the covers and on the floor! Ah, the joys of having little ones!

  • Eleanor:

My bedroom! It gets sorely neglected in favor of other living areas.

  • Reb:

My closet! It doesn’t really count as a room but it could certainly use some organizing.

  • Trish:

My basement, I will get it finished this year. It will no longer be my forgotten land.

  • Rebecca:

I would start in the bathroom. Since it is smaller, I can finish quickly and be more excited to do other rooms. If one room takes me too long, I get discouraged about finishing the rest! Thanks for the great giveaway!

  • Casey C:

I would start in the kitchen and more specifically in the pantry.

  • Sue in AZ:

The sewing room for sure, things just keep piling up in there and it’s way too easy to just close the door.

  • Tammy Mabry:

Living room. It’s the room you enter my appt. in and always needs to most work. I come in the door and drop stuff. This stuff never seems to leave the living room. Containers would help :c)
    Tammy

  • Rachael K.:

I would start in our living room as it is the room where we spend the most time while we are awake.

  • Cassidy W:

Well I went on a bit of a cleaning bender a couple weekends ago, but I never got o finish the dinning room. So that is the next step.

  • Nicole:

I would definitely start with my craft room….oh I am so behind on reorganizing and cleaning it! Would love to win this giveaway…I just visited The Container Store for the first time a few months ago and I LOVED it….I think I needed everything in there :o)

  • Deanne H.:

The room I would start in would be my kitchen. Definitely needs some organization.

I would start with the hall way closet. Always find some good stuff in the back that i forgot about.

  • ratty:

my CRAFT room! i feel SO much more “crafty” when i know where everything is again, LOL!

  • Renita H:

I would start in the master bedroom.

  • Kristi P:

I would begin in the basement for sure! We just moved and have 4 kids. To make it simple I just labeled most everything “Basement.” Good idea in theory, now it’s a mess!

  • I SHOULD start with my office, but I would probably go the easy route and do the Living Room :)

  • Sara B.:

I would start in my utility room. It is full to the brim with junk and completely lacks any organization at this point… Has definitely been on the to-do list for far too long!

  • Lori:

Oh, I have been Spring cleaning these last two weeks! It’s been so much work, but I love the way a room looks when it is completely finished. I started in my kitchen, but it still needs a bit of work. I would love to have some new containers to help finish organizing! Thanks for a chance to win!

  • Anne Marie:

I would tackle the kitchen first – cupboards, under the sink and the stove.

  • missy:

Ooohhhh! The choices are endless…but I would probably start with my kitchen – just so I could avoid my craft room, the garage, my kids’ rooms and the storage room – among others :) Happy Spring Cleaning thinking to everyone!

  • Carmen:

I would start in the kitchen, specifically the pantry!

  • Arnnette:

I started last week with my baseboards, the fan blades, and washing the drapes. Next week during spring break… the garage!

Thanks for the chance to help organize my craft stuff!

  • Jen in PA:

I’ve already started de-cluttering the playroom. Several great toys have found their ways to another person’s home where kids will love them as new. It’s the perfect time to clean out because garage sales are starting to pop up just like the daffodils… spring is here!! I love the container store, but unfortunately the closest one to me is in New Jersey.

  • Katie:

I would start with my family room! It’s sheer chaos and needs it the worst.

  • lak:

Not a room, but a thing – the windows! Our windows are the most neglected items in our home. This time of year, the angle of the sun is just perfect for showing off the grime. Yuk!

  • Jaime D:

Loving this giveaway. putting my home on the tough market this week and looking to “contain” our chaos!

  • Sarah H.P.:

We’ve just moved into a new apartment so my spring cleaning has already begun! I started in the kitchen!

  • Lisa:

i for sure would tackle the kitchen cabinets.

  • WendyD:

I would start with my living room! The windows are terrible and I need to rearrange the furniture, I think.

  • Jean:

I am already in process for the big clean up this Spring. My kitchen has been asking me to put all the crafting stuff somewhere else! So, I am organizing a small reading room for a studio. It is quite a task but I am excited to get it done.

  • i would start with my sons room, but they would have to be gone and I would purge purge purge all the toys and books not used anymore. I would pull their beds out and vaccuum up all those little bunnies and explore the dark recesses of their closet.

  • Farrah:

I would start in my bedroom. It’s time to switch winter clothes for spring!

  • If I started spring cleaning this week it would defiantly be my kids rooms. Their toys and clothes need to be gone through and we need to decide what is needed and what is not.

  • Lisa g:

I would have to start my spring cleaning in the kitchen. It really needs a deep cleaning the most right now.

  • Megan T.:

I would start with our game/craft closet. I definitely could use this!

  • Corrie:

I would begin Spring Cleaning with my bedroom! It needs some major organization!

  • I’d probably start in the kitchen as it’s the first room you see as you enter our house.

  • The Garage. Does the garage count as a room? It’s become a pit and needs to be completely cleaned out.

  • KimD:

The garage needs to be organized FIRST!!! One of these days…

  • KristieB:

Kids closets are always a good place to start – out with the old & too small stuff! Thanks for the chance to win :)

  • I’m not sure! Either, the kids dresser drawers to get out the old, too small clothes and know what we need for the next season or the kitchen.

  • Recently moved into a small home now need help organizing the limited space!

  • Sandy:

I would start in the kitchen!!! Clean out and organize cupboards and scrub the floor on my hands and knees. Thanks!

  • Cindy:

The bedrooms! They are my favorite to start with simply because they are quick & easy…as compared to the daunting task of the kitchen, eeek!

  • Susan:

I would start in my sewing room. If she who dies with the biggest stash wins, I’m a shoo-in! I could really use some help organizing my fabrics so I can USE them up!

  • Terry:

It would be the “MIDDLE BEDROOM” aka Dante’s 4th layer.

It is where all the crap goes I can’t find the time or place for.

  • JanT:

I’ve been spring cleaning the greenhouse as it’s actually been sunny here in the Pacific Northwest for a few days!!

  • Karen:

I need to clean out and organize my pantry! A trip to The Containter Store would sure be handy!

  • Lisa:

I am waiting for the attic to warm up because I need to do some major organizing up there!

  • Bethanie:

If I were to start my spring cleaning now, I would start with the master bedroom.

  • It would have to be the kitchen. Things mysteriously make their way to cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.

  • Sue K:

My office/craft/sewing room is in dire need of a major clean out!

  • Jane:

The living room! So much STUFF ends up there.

My bedroom! It seems like that is the place where everything goes to “get it out of the way.”

  • Kelly:

  • ElaineDavis:

I’d probably start spring cleaning our bedroom first.

  • ninabean:

    decoritive shower curtian.

  • Mikell:

I started in my mud room cleaning walls, doors and trim.

  • Christie S.:

I really need to tackle the entry closet. Too many unused coats and smelly shoes.

  • Britney:

Oh how I love containers and organization. I’d probably start with the kids rooms. There are lots of toys to donate and clothes that they’ve outgrown. Awesome giveaway!!

  • Dana:

It would be the kitchen, so many doo-dads & such. But you know how we treasure all our doo-dads.

  • Patricia:

I need to start in the laundry room!! It needs some serious reorganization!

  • Laura Pruitt:

I would start with our kitchen. It always needs organizing.

  • Kate:

My young boys closets! I want to really sort through all of their too-small shoes, broken toys, missing toy parts, and find special boxes for things of theirs that I want to treasure forever.

    soluckyducky at gmail dot com

  • Deanna G.:

    The garage!

  • Biz:

The living-room. It is the room that we spend the MOST time in :)

  • Bobbi Jo:

The garage for sure. Its my husbands space and it makes me feel smothered every time I go out there.

  • Holly:

Goodness, I’d want to start everywhere. But the garage needs it the most desperately. After that probably the office/spare room. All the books and knickknacks make it difficult to dust on a regular basis – time for a thorough scrub!
    Thanks for hosting the giveaway!

  • Oh my goodness! The possibilities are endless. But, after much thought, I would have to say the master bedroom. . . it’s the room that goes forgotten about so often. . . it’s embarrassing. Would love to win this so I can start that horrible task. :)

  • Jennifer c.:

I started my spring cleaning last week with my kitchen! Throwing away anything expired and cleaning out the pantry and fridge!

  • Heather M.:

Can the room I would start with be my car. I practically live in it for work, and as it serves the dual purpose of work vehicle and kids carpool it needs some help. If not then umm.. where to start my entire house needs a good spring cleaning. I guess my kitchen like so many before have said. Thank’s for the give away love your blog.

  • Laurin:

f you started Spring Cleaning this week, what room would you start in first?
Definitely the atrium. It’s small and easy to clean so a good way to get started.

  • Stephanie T:

Okay, if starting today I would begin in our living room only because it would be the easiest and I’d be motivated to continue onto the other rooms.

  • Kally:

I would start with my daughter’s room.

  • Jeni Wilson:

I will start with my closet and bedroom.

  • sherry guitard:

I actually started my spring cleaning two weeks ago. I know, I know … but when spring comes I like to head outside. I started with my daughters room as it is the most unorganized and I had some new furniture to add in. Then it was office – boy does it feel good to organize.

  • I love that store!! How fun!

  • PAM:

the attic closet, then the cedar closet, then my sewing room, and somewhere along the line, the attic in the garage!

  • Charlene:

I love your blog! I did start my spring cleaning this week. It was definitely spring along the Wasatch Front this past Monday so i got started with my family room. I wiped down the walls, cleaned and dusted everything and sent 3 bags of things to the local D.I. I even found a crochet project i had lost. Too bad it snowed on Tuesday and i lost the ‘spring cleaning’ spirit. I would love to win the gift certificate to the ‘Best Store EVER!’
    thanks

  • susie:

I would start with my closet

  • Caedwin:

I would start in my office! It’s a complete disaster area!!!

  • Jan:

My spare bedroom, which also stands for the guest room, my sewing room, the project room and the storage room!!!

  • Lindsey:

I would definitely start on the playroom. In need of major purging and organization. What a mess!

  • Kristine:

I would start with the kitchen!

  • Deb:

My home office/pantry needs organizational attention….Didn’t realize how badly until I started working on tax returns. Hmmm! Think I remember saying the same thing this time last year?!? A shopping spree at The Container Store might be just the motivation I need.

  • Heather:

I would definitely start with the kitchen! We moved in about 6 months ago and I threw everything on the shelves without really thinking about how I use things. Now I’m trapsing across the kitchen to get something far away while I have something I hardly use next to the stove! I’d move on to the spare bedroom (aka my “closet”) and get rid of a bunch of stuff I don’t use and organize all my craft supplies!

  • rachel campbell:

I would start in the kitchen. I’m getting ready to start a garden this spring and need to make room for all my goodies!

  • Baker4Boys:

I would probably start in our dining room. It is kind of the “heart” of our home (our kitchen is small and the dining is right next to it, so that’s where the kids “work,” while I cook, etc.). It is where we play (and store) puzzles, games, play dough, etc. too!

  • I would start with the kids’ play room.

  • Dianne L.:

I’d be torn between starting on the kitchen (getting the worst over with) and starting on our bedroom (so at least I could go to sleep in a clean room). In reality, I’ll probably choose not to decide and not spring clean at all! : )

  • Jac:

I think I would like to start in the master bedroom.

  • LJ:

I would definitely start on my laundry room! Should I admit it’s been a looooong time since I got into all the corners in there?

  • KITCHEN!!! It’s easily the room that is used most in the house – and I find that I have only two or three cabinets that I use…the rest needs to be CLEANED OUT!!!!

  • EG:

Kitchen! Our pantry is out of control!

  • Ingrien Schaefer:

I would start in the living room. It’s the room with the most traffic, so probably the dustiest.

  • Vicki:

I started in the basement…toy room. It looks amazing and I feel so good !

  • Vikki:

    My daughters bedroom – scary…….

  • Wendy:

I would work on the garage-the clutter just keeps GROWING!!!

  • Maria McClure:

thanks!!! Without a doubt, I’d start in the mudroom… purging coats, mittens, scarves and then moving on into the closet which contains all the stuff that has yet to find a home. Freecycle here we come!

  • Natalya:

I would start with my kitchen. When my kitchen is clean and organized, it just makes me feel good.

  • Heather:

I would reclaim the coat closet! All the gloves and hats are everywhere! I need one of those cute metal baskets to get the closet organized!

  • Jillian:

My closet. It has turned into the junk box pile since we’ve moved over the winter.

  • Tracy:

There are many rooms that need some purging, but I think I’d start with the kitchen. Some of the cabinets have gotten very cluttered over time.

  • Kari:

my clothes closet…it needs it the most!

  • My kitchen. It’s a horrible mess.

  • Judy:

My bedroom would have to be first on the list. Between closets and dresser drawers I might not come out till fall. :)

  • crys:

Well….let’s just say that I could start in any room, but my bedroom is probably the worst. It always ends up as a “catch-all” for the whole house. It would really be nice to have a junk-free sleep area!

  • I would start in the sewing room – the most cluttered! :)

  • i would start in my own bedroom! it’s where i spend the least amount of time while awake, so it tends to get piled up. but i love it when it’s clean!

  • Gale:

    I’d start in the Kitchen!

  • sam:

The family room. I started a project two weeks ago and it is still not done causing lots of mess. Why is it that if i have a mess my family thinks it’s a free for all? Chaos breeds chaos in our house.

  • Kristi:

The kitchen… because I’m having a baby in a few weeks and that’s the one room I haven’t done yet in preparation.

  • I would start with the most neglected room – the sunroom.

  • The craft room! It used to be organized once upon a time!

  • Carolsue:

I would probably start with the master bedroom because we have been saying for ages that we need to clean out our walk in close–get rid of clothes, etc.

  • Ginny:

I would start with my girls’ bedroom… it needs serious help!! And I need to do it in an easy way so they can learn to put away their own toys!

  • Beth:

I would start in the pantry – it is in deep need of some organization!

  • Patricia R.:

My kitchen! It really needs it. But I’d rather be organizing my sewing “room”. Thanks for the giveaway chance.

  • Emily:

I want to say the kitchen because it would make me so happy, but I think that the kids’ rooms would have to come first. Major organization needed!

  • Rikki M.:

    oh my! what a treat!

  • Elizabeth M.:

My garage!! I’ve got so many outgrown clothes to sort through, I’m fearful!

  • melissa:

    Probably the kitchen!

  • Emmylou:

the office…a breeding site of papers and misc. supplies

  • Jessica:

I would start with the pantry! The place in my house where everything ends up that has no home!

  • Susan Somsen:

The fabric in my sewing room needs to be “contained”!!!!

  • D reese:

My 3rd bedroom! It is the guest room/craft room/office. At the moment the crafts have overtaken the whole room. Definitely could use some help! LOL

  • mck:

Well every room could use some attention, and my first thought was the kitchen, but the bathroom would be the first to get a thorough scrubbing.

  • Nancy Richardson:

If I started Spring Cleaning this week, I would first start with the laundry room in the basement. Those sparrow clothes pins would come in very handy, in a row on a round rod, for hanging smaller hand washed items to dry.

  • Caralee:

I think I would start in the kitchen…

  • Kathie:

Without a doubt, I would start in my studio. It is a cluttered mess of papers, crafting supplies, fabric and all the little things that no one knows where to put. I could seriously use some help from The Container Store. Love that place. Thanks for the giveaway.

  • Qtips are not just for ears! I use them to remove eye makeup, to clean car vents and other small spaces, and for crafts. We even used a Qtip to help dull the loud noise the treadmill alarm makes.

  • Kimi:

    I would start in den.

  • I had to start with the mile high pile in the laundry room that not only started spilling all over the place but was starting to get a bit funky if you know what I mean. I so need a better hamper!

  • June Gilbert:

I would start in the kitchen. Then the hardest is over first:)

  • Kathleen:

I would begin in my sewing room. Wow it needs attention.
