Rabbits Prefer Chocolate and so do I

Just to get you in the mood for Easter, take a look at “Rabbits Prefer Chocolate.” Quilt designed by  http://bunnyhilldesigns.com Since it has been snowing and cold here I need something to help me think it’s Spring.  This week I will show you a quick and easy table runner for Easter and Spring (if you can sew a straight line you can make it.)  And some ideas for Easter Baskets and delicious Easter treats.img_05002

This quilt was made by my mom, Leslie who is OCQ (obsessive compulsive quilter)  Her passion inspires me, as does her quilts.  When times are tough, having a passion can really help to see us through.  What is your passion?

  • Calli,
Lovely blog, and following blogs is a favorite way to spend time. Paula told me about yours and Leslie told her. I am a long time friend and ” groupie” of your mother’s! She is great, and I think you must have learned a lot from her. Blessed and lovely. Good luck with the blog. I will watch with real interest.

  • I laughed out loud at your explanation of OCQ. I have a friend that is like that. I just wish some of her OCQness would rub off on me!

The quilt is gorgeous. I love Bunny Hill designs.

What a sweet quilt!! I love how your mom stitched around the animals and they got bigger as she move outward :o)
